We specialize in residential and commercial remodeling, painting, renovation, and related construction services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
All estimates are based on initial evaluation and may change depending on project requirements. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
We are committed to high-quality workmanship; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damages, or issues unrelated to our scope of work.
Workmanship warranties are provided per project agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, weather conditions, or third-party alterations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updates.
